I am sure we all think we could lose a few pounds but pregnancy and all those odd cravings wreaked havoc on our figures!  There is no miracle cure, there is no SAFE pill or supplement which will give us a thin, toned body.  This takes dedication and diligence or you will only set yourself up for failure.  Some of you may be lucky enough to simply cut out the sodas or candy bars and BAM! you lose tons of weight.  

However, even if we are at a good weight, diet is very important.  Especially since you are trying to recover and restore nutrients to the body.  A good diet can keep sickness and weakness away and even ward off disease.  Please eat well; at least to set a good example for your children.

  • Waist to Hip (WHR) Ratio

  • Diet & Nutrition - Starving Won't Cut It!

  • Cutting Back on (or omitting) Sugar and Processed Carbohydrates

  • Exercise - Necessary

  • Supplements - Be Careful!

  • Surgical Means For Special Cases

  • When It's More Than Food - Hormones & Medications
